Non-clinicians to assist in the clinics with greeting, registering patients, setting up the clinic, and setting up charts. We are looking for volunteers who have experience with athenaNet.

Translators needed to offer phone and in-person support to Portuguese speaking clients & engage the Portuguese community.

Create a database and information sheets on current Human Services and their contact information for the City of Marlborough & surrounding towns (approx. 2 hours per week).

Clean facilities and help with minor maintenance and beautification projects.

Help organize files, make copies, complete mailings and answer incoming calls.

Excellent customer service, phone and interpersonal skills required.

Assist staff by doing administrative tasks, organizing an event, posting on social media, fundraising and networking with local organizations. Volunteers with special skills are encouraged to let us know about your talents. Office helpers must be at least 16 years old.

Office volunteers are trained by and report to the Director of Administration. Responsibilities include, physical and digital file organization, bulk mailings, answering phones, and ticket sales. Our office is staffed Tuesday-Friday 10-6. Due to the training required for this position, we ask that you commit to working with us for three months.
