Volunteer

We count on a core group of more than 70 volunteers who are involved in the daily operations of the Pantry. They work directly with clients, pick up food from local grocers and farms and deliver it to the Pantry, stock and organize shelves, and assist with the Mobile Pantry and Healthy Futures Market. This group is essential to the ongoing operations of the Pantry and usually requires a daily, weekly or monthly commitment.

How you helpThe Franklin Food Pantry is not funded by the Town of Franklin. As a private, nonprofit organization, we depend on donations from individuals, corporations, foundations and other strategic partners.
About usWe distributed 287,691 pounds of food to 620 households. Most neighbors visit at least monthly for a full shopping experience that includes chicken, meats, eggs, dairy products, household supplies and personal care items. Many count on us weekly to acquire enough food to feed their families. All of our clients have access to fresh fruits, vegetables and bread each day we are open.
